Material and construction options

The screen in the photo has a fabric-like, mostly enclosed finish. A made-to-order HDPE net fabric can be quoted, with Commercial 95 fabric at 340 gsm as one reference option. Select the exact fabric grade and openness when the measurements are agreed. A GI or MS steel pipe structure can be tailored to the required height and span. Column choices include 2, 3 and 4 inch pipe, and purlins can use 1, 2 or 3 inch pipe. A reference GI build uses 4 inch columns at 3 mm and 2 inch purlins at 2 mm, with a 150 × 150 × 3 mm base plate; final sections and anchors depend on the real wall or ground.
