📝 Return & Exchange Policy – Tent Shed UAE

At Tent Shed, we supply ready-to-install car parking shades and also offer on-site installation services.
Please note: This return policy applies only to our ready-to-install shade products and materials. Installation services are not covered under this policy.

✅ Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for ready-to-install shades and materials only.

  • Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original condition.

  • Custom-made sizes, special colors, or custom designs are not eligible for return unless defective.

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required.

🔄 Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available within 30 days for ready-to-install products of equal or greater value.

  • If you wish to exchange for a higher-value product, the difference will be charged.

🛠 Defective or Damaged Products

  • If a ready-to-install product arrives damaged or defective, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

  • Please report damages within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

🚚 Return Method & Costs

  • Returns can be arranged by courier service.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or incorrect ready-to-install products.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.
